The Zowie FAQ Scanner removes the hassle and lengthy onboarding process of building a customized, AI-powered chatbot. It scans your FAQ page and then creates a knowledge base by pairing each question with the appropriate response.
But the magic doesn't stop there. Zowie's powerful AI (known as Zowie X1) recognizes the questions on your FAQ page and automatically applies your answers to differently worded variations. For example, if your FAQ question is Where is my order? Zowie X1 can correctly answer alternate versions like Can I track my package?
How does the FAQ Scanner work?
All you need to do is enter your email address and the URL to your FAQ page above. From there, Zowie X1 does the rest, converting your questions and answers into a knowledge base that can run your AI-powered chatbot.
Who can use the scanner?
Anyone can try the scanner for free. To get started, just complete the form at the top of the page.
How long does the process take?
After completing the form, you'll receive a confirmation email once Zowie X1 processes your FAQ page. Shortly after that, a Zowie representative will contact you with a recording showing the scanner in action.
The scan itself typically takes less than 5 minutes but can vary based on the number of FAQs you have.
