We can automate 30% of customer service inquiries within 24 hours and up to 90% in a few weeks. We analyze 80M+ conversations a month for clients around the world.

We love challenges. The more difficult something is, the more motivation we have to deliver it. And we have a proven record of success. We surprise the market. We surprise our competitors. Among our customers, you will find such recognizable brands as L’Oréal, Answear, and Giesswein.

  • Help in onboarding, integrations and ad hoc events organized by the People and Culture team
  • Take an active role in creating and implementing HR processes like performance management, employee engagement, etc.

  • Confidence in working in a multinational and multilingual team
  • A proactive and well-organized attitude — you know how to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English. English is our daily working language

We can offer you:
