Zowie is committed to marketing, sales and service excellence. We are looking for the right Head of Sales to join us.

What you’ll do:

  • Own all Go To Market plans and strategies for growing our business and reaching our sales goals
  • Plan and direct the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
  • Prepare financial forecasts and KPI reports for strategic planning and budget setting
  • Build sales processes and funnels to facilitate top-down outreach
  • Actively pitch our solution and have a personal role in closing our biggest deals
  • Collaborate with different teams, such as Product and Marketing
  • Establish lead requirements to meet your sales objectives
  • Provide full transparency of the sales pipeline
  • Solidify relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Sales hiring and management of SDR and AE required
  • Experience selling to Customer Service/Support/Experience Managers, COOs, and CEOs 
  • A consistent track record of surpassing quotas (especially in B2B and SaaS)
  • Extensive knowledge of sales practices and an ability to train others on them
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • The ability to use data to back up proposals and drive actions
  • A proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • The ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Robust leadership and team building skills
  • Problem solving skills
