Step 2: Auto-Select Your LocaleZowie automatically detects the languages and locales available in your Zendesk account. Select the locale you want to sync. Most teams start with their primary language, but you can run multiple syncs for different locales.

Step 3: Enable Authentication (Optional)For basic article sync, you're done. But if you want to pull response macros, you'll need to provide authentication credentials:

  • Your Zendesk email address
  • Your Zendesk API token (found in your Zendesk admin panel under Account Settings > API)
