Step 2: Connect Recharge to Zowie1. In your Zowie workspace, go to Integrations2. Find and select Recharge3. Click Connect4. If a subscription is cancelled directly in Recharge, it will reflect that change the next time you open that customer's conversation in Zowie. We recommend using Zowie for all subscription changes to maintain consistency.

Can agents reschedule subscriptions without cancelling them?

Absolutely. The reschedule feature lets your agents adjust upcoming delivery dates without affecting the subscription itself. Customers stay subscribed; their next shipment just moves to a different date.

Is there a limit to how many subscriptions I can view or manage?
