Privacy Compliance: Add External Links

You can now include external URLs directly in the Privacy Components plugin. In addition to uploading documents, you can choose Provide Link and paste a URL to reference an external page.
This makes it easier to manage privacy-related content and removes the need for technical configuration when linking to externally hosted documents.
