Staging Environment Now Available

We’re introducing the first version of Staging - a dedicated environment in Zowie where you can safely test and refine Intents and Processes without affecting your live customer experience. What Staging Enables:

• Safely experiment with updates before publishing

• Validate changes to Intents and Processes without impacting production traffic

• Use separate API endpoints for Production and Staging when needed

This initial version focuses on providing a safe testing space. Additional capabilities - such as clearer visibility into differences between Staging and Production - will be expanded in future releases.
