find configuration problems before your customers do Configuration errors fail you in two ways. Some are silent: a setting expires or a connection quietly breaks, nothing crashes, nothing alerts, and you find out when a customer asks why nobody answered. Others do get surfaced, but each in its own corner of the platform: one warning in a channel's settings, another buried in an integration panel, a third somewhere you haven't opened in months. There was no single place to ask the simple question: is my setup healthy? One place for every problem Doctor is that place. It is a diagnostic layer built into Workspace that collects errors and warnings from across your Zowie setup and turns them into one plain list of problems you can fix yourself. Each entry tells you three things:

• What broke — the specific misconfiguration, not a vague alert

• How serious it is — so you know what to fix first

• How to repair it — step-by-step instructions; for settings that live in external panels like Meta or Google, they walk you through the navigation path rather than pointing at links that go stale

A list that stays honest

• No duplicates. If the same error fires a hundred times, you see one problem with a fresh timestamp, not a hundred entries.

• Auto-resolution. When an error stops recurring, Doctor marks the problem resolved on its own.

• Nothing slips through. You can also close problems manually, and if the underlying issue comes back, the problem reopens.

The result: fewer support tickets for issues you could have fixed in two minutes, and no more discovering a broken channel days after it went quiet. Available now Doctor is available to everyone in Workspace. There is nothing to set up and nothing to check. If a problem appears, it will be waiting there with the fix attached. With any luck, the list stays empty.
